The film "Life
is Beautiful" is an Italian drama directed by Roberto Benigni who is the
star of this film. "Life is Beautiful" won three Oscars in 1998 and
earned several prizes in Cannes Film Festival or Academy Awards as well.
The film was set in
Italy at the beginning of The Second World War.
The plot of the film
is around Guido who wants to open a bookshop in Toscana. There, he knows a
beautiful woman and later he will marry her and they will have a son.
When the war breaks
out, the family is forced to enter into a concentration camp where Guido will
make his son thinks this situation is a game.
I strongly recommend
this film because it is a real love film in times of war and it will make you
laugh.
